To achieve this BRB GROUP strives to improve performance and exceed customer expectations, in part through the adoption of the internationally recognized standard ISO 9001 which emphasizes process management and a structured approach to continuous improvement.
The quality objective of BRB is to continually improve overall performance so that Customers can be provided with a service that ensures safety, reliability, and value in all contracts undertaken by the company. It is our declared ambition to exceed the expectations of existing and potential clients by offering and delivering the highest level of service and product quality. For this work, BRB has been ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 certified, status is given for fulfilling certain degrees of requirements within the quality of the entire organization.

BRB continues to improve the quality of occupational health management by:
- Controlling more effectively the health risks arising from our activities.
- Using awareness campaigns to support healthy lifestyles.
- Reviews Workers Medical records
- Examine work activities that are required heavy lifting, work above shoulder heights, repetitive motions, or tasks with significant vibration
- Determine whether workers may be exposed to sources of infectious disease.
Safety
BRB management will carry out its activities in a manner that assures safety and security for its employees and avoid damages to Company assets. BRB emphasize personal responsibility for safety in all that we do by:
- Raising awareness to reduce risk and prevent the incident
- Learning and sharing more from near misses and observed unsafe behavior
- Focusing on:
• Line management accountability
• Facility integrity and major hazards
• Routine operations and complacency
• Driving safety
Environment
Consideration of the protection of the environment is integrated into every process and task BRB employees engage in. The aspects of environmental preservation are regarded as being of paramount importance within the execution of all tasks.
BRB improve environmental management by:
- Carrying out environmental assessments
- Encouraging the development of management systems aligned to ISO 14001
- Reporting on appropriate Corporate Social Responsibility indicators
