BRB is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Internal Audit. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of internal control and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s financial and operational processes are efficient, compliant, and safeguarded.
- Qualification:
- A master’s degree or ACCA / CA with relevant professional certification (e.g. IA, CISA, and CPA) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial and operational processes and ability to assess their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, including a proven track record of leading and managing audit teams.
- Skills:
- Strong Analytics Skills, Action Oriented, Ability to work cross-functionally.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

- Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi
- Nature: Permanent (Full-time)
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
